TO THE CUSTOMER: By taking part in the any of the activities we offer you are assuming a degree of risk. Please read the following carefully. Please do NOT tick the box if you do not understand or do not agree with the terms.

Adventuredave Pty Ltd, Trading as Cape York Adventures Seisia, located in Seisia, Far Nth QLD 4802.

Carries on the business of Adventure Day Tours, Fishing Charters, Island Tours and Private Boat Charters. (The Services)

In consideration of Cape York Adventures Seisia agreeing to offer its Services, I, the undersigned agree as follows:

Prior to embarking on any tour or activity comprising any one or more of the Services, the Services and what they entail have been explained to me.

I am physically fit and suffer from no medical condition that may be aggravated by my taking part in any one or more of the activities comprising the Services

I have been informed that the vessels, at times, may travel through some choppy conditions when going through certain passages. Cape York Adventures’ highly experienced crew monitor the currents, wind reports and weather leading up to and during the tour date. And whilst it is only a guide of what to expect, it could possibly be a different outcome.

The safety and wellbeing of passengers is crucial when running tours and no one would ever be put at risk. Cape York Adventures would not hesitate in cancelling a tour last minute, due to a change in conditions.

For myself, my executors, heirs and assigns I further agree to:

a) Make myself available for the services at my own risk.

b) Indemnify Cape York Adventures Seisia from and against all claims, proceedings, costs, damages, liabilities and losses which may become liable for arising from any loss, damage, death or injury sustained and caused or contributed to by my use of the Services.

I warrant that I am over eighteen (18) years. OR
The customer is less than eighteen years and his/her guardian, having responsibility for his/her care and control agrees to the foregoing terms for and on behalf of the Customer.

As the participant, I confirm that I am aware that this document is a legal document, I have ticked this box at my own free will knowing that I have relinquished legal rights.

By accepting the terms and conditions, you agree and consent for Cape York Adventures to use photos from your day onboard our tour in any promotional material and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok)
