Cape York is known for great fishing and we are at the very top of the Cape at Seisia, an easy 2 hour flight from Cairns.

In the wet season, it by no means rains all day, every day, but the wind drops off and we can fish a whole range of East Coast Cape York, which includes The Great Barrier Reef. Out here we chase pelagics like Spanish Mackerel, GT’s, Queenfish and also fish the bottom for Red Emperor, Large Mouth Nannygai, fingermark, Coral Trout etc.  It's absolutely the best time of year out on the water.

Punsand Bay has some of the best accommodation on the Cape, Aicondtitioned rooms, ensuite, swimming pool, full bar and the best part of all is that only a hand full of people will be staying there. Punsand is only opening up during the wet season for these exclusive fishing charters.

For an extra awesome trip, we can organise a chopper to take you Heli fishing to some of the most remote creeks and beaches in Australia. (This is of course an extra cost).

By the way, not only do you get great fishing, but you can visit 'The Tip' the most northerly point on the Australian mainland and Thursday Island and you can see crocodiles, turtles and heaps of birds and wildlife and plants and trees.... some of which only grow here, no where else on the planet, so that's pretty special.
